AI Account
Are you looking to delete your account or prefer to step away from Karya AI? No Worries at all. You can close your KARYA AI account whenever you want and remove your personal data at any time. This page walks you through the options.
Delete your account from the app
If you still have access to the app, use these steps:
- Open the Karya AI app
- Go to your Profile
- Open Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm when the app asks you to proceed
The app will show a final confirmation screen so that you do not delete your account by mistake.
What Gets Removed When You Delete Your Account With Us
At the time of deleting your account, these are the following information which will be permanently erased from our active systems:
- Saved tasks and assignments.
- Academic reports and progress records.
- SOP drafts stored in the app.
- AI interaction and conversation history.
- Profile details such as Name, Email, Phone No, Class And board.
Once deletion is complete, this data cannot be restored, so please be sure before you confirm the deletion.
If You Cannot Log In - Follow This
If you no longer have access to your account or cannot use the app, you can request deletion by email.
- Send a direct email to accounts@karyaai.com for the deletion.
- Keep The Subject line as Account Deletion Request.
- Add your full name and the email address you used while registering.
We process these requests within seven business days and will reply once your account has been removed.
